1. Refund & Cancellation Policy: In accordance with Texas consumer protection standards, please note:

All Sales Final. All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or inability to attend.
Event Cancellation: If the show is canceled or rescheduled by the producer, you will be offered a transfer to a future date or a full refund of the ticket price.
Transferability: While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable to another person for the same event date. 
Final thoughts on refund/cancelations: the producer/organizer's main objective is to make each audience member and ticket purchaser laugh. They will ensure and personally guarantee that no money is wasted, and if a ticket purchaser simply explains their situation, the producer/organizer will ensure they receive a full credit to a future show.

2. Venue Entry Requirements
To ensure a safe and professional environment, the following rules apply:
Age Restrictions: Unless otherwise stated, shows are typically 21+. All attendees must present a valid physical government-issued ID for entry.
Late Arrivals: Doors close at showtime. We reserve the right to void and resell tickets for late arrivals (typically 15–30 minutes past start time) without a refund.
Seating: Most seating is General Admission (first-come, first-served). Large parties should arrive together to ensure group seating.

3. Attendee Conduct & Prohibited Items
No Heckling: We maintain a strict no-heckling policy. Disruptive behavior or loud talking during the performance is grounds for immediate removal without a refund.
Recording Devices: The use of professional cameras, video recording, or unauthorized audio recording is strictly prohibited to protect the artist’s intellectual property.
Prohibited Items: No outside food, beverages, or weapons of any kind are allowed in the venue.

4. Right of Refusal
A ticket is a revocable license. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any patron who violates these terms or poses a safety risk to staff, artists, or other guests. This is not something that has had to happen yet. This entity's main purpose and aspiration is for each audience member to have a superb time and leave wanting to return.
